
Dr. Bernard Leman is board certified in internal medicine and gastroenterology. He has practiced in Central Iowa since 1990 with a special interest in Crohn’s disease, inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) and ulcerative colitis.
Dr. Leman was born and raised in southern California. After graduating from Harvard University, Dr. Leman received his medical degree at Tulane University, School of Medicine.
Dr. Leman is honored to have joined the medical team at Iowa Digestive Disease Center as it provides him the opportunity to apply his knowledge and skills in service to the community. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family and maintains a special interest in the arts.
